• As a Whirlpool Employee - Whirlpool employees automatically get access to Inside Pass and do not need to sign up. To login you will use your assigned WPass user ID and existing Whirlpool password. If you do not know your Whirlpool user ID and password please check with your manager, or contact the Whirlpool Benefits Center at 1-888-539-2372 available M-F, 9AM to 5PM EST. If you need to reset or unlock your Whirlpool password please visit WPass at https://access.whirlpool.com/wpass

• As an Employee of a Whirlpool Supplier, Vendor, or Trade Customer - When attempting to activate an account, if your email domain is not automatically recognized as that of a Whirlpool Partner, you will be prompted to enter your unique Group Code in the Sign Up form. Your group code is available through your company's human resources department or your company's secure employee benefits website. Once you have your group code, simply follow the Sign Up steps and you will have access to Inside Pass.

• As a Whirlpool Retiree - If you retired from Whirlpool at age 55 or older with at least 10 years of service, you are eligible to continue your access to Inside Pass. You will need the retiree group code to register, which you can get from the Whirlpool Benefits Center at 1-888-539-2372 available M-F, 9AM to 5PM EST. Once you have your group code, simply follow the Sign Up steps and you will have access to Inside Pass.

If you received a guest pass you do not need to sign up with a group code. The invitation email you received will contain your account/Login (your email address) and a link to set up your password. Please use the link within your invitation email to login and access the Inside Pass guest pass program.

As an Inside Pass member you can make up to 12 major appliance purchases a year for yourself or as gifts to others.
